Fermented Foods & Drinks for Digestive Wellness Workshop

Following a very successful weekend at Thrive Festival with The Institute of Health Sciences , talking all things nutrition and fermentation, Nutrition with Clare is hosting her next fermentation workshop in Small Changes.

Fermented foods and drinks are nutrient-dense whole foods that provide excellent health benefits for your digestive and immune systems, supporting your overall health. By culturing your own fermented foods you provide the most nutrient version for you, relative to your environment!

At this workshop, you will learn about the importance of digestive health and wellness.
You will discover how easy it is to culture…..
* kombucha (a slightly tart, refreshing probiotic drink)
* milk kefir (great for smoothies, making nice creams, overnight oat soaks, chia seed pudding), * water kefir (tasty, energy-boosting refreshing non-dairy probiotic drink), These foods are brimming with living energy, providing valuable nutrients, digestive enzymes and increasing the diversity of your gut bacteria.
And they’re so tasty, which is hugely important!

There will be tastings of drinks and foods plus you will go home with starter kits and detailed notes!
There will be follow up with a closed group for any questions/clarifications, in the following weeks to ensure you are successful with your home fermenting. Feedback on this has been very positive!

Places are limited to 15
Cost €40
