The tofu burgers from Lord of Tofu are 100% organic and vegan. The basis for the patties is soy, which is refined with aromatic spices as well as fine lentils and soy sauce. The purely vegetable variant is therefore in no way inferior to the original beef. Since no cereals are processed and used in the production of the burgers, they are also suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
