It's been a trying time for everyone, and we're all so busy focusing on our physical health that sometimes our mental health can take a back seat. If you're feeling out of your depth we hope you have a sound boss/friend/family member you can talk to. It's okay to say you're not okay. A problem shared is a problem halved - cliché but true.
