55% Dark Chocolate made with a hard crack sugar caramel which is blitzed into crystals and run through the chocolate. Then a sprinkle of Achill Island Sea Salt on the back of the bar. Gluten-free. Each bar of our consciously sourced bean to bar chocolate bars is wrapped twice. Once in a recycled and compostable inner leaf and then in a recycled and compostable outer leaf.
