This Halloween, soprano Emma Ní Farquharson and pianist Pietro Vinciguerra invite you into a world of ghosts, shadows, forgotten stories and darkly beautiful melodies.

From the eerie stillness of Ravel’s Le Gibet to the unsettling and mischievous sounds of Prokofiev, the piano takes us into a strange and mysterious world. Alongside this, Emma’s voice brings some of the most haunting and dramatic songs from opera, art song and musical theatre.

Expect music from The Phantom of the Opera, Jekyll & Hyde, Sondheim, Purcell, Balfe and more — including Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again, Send in the Clowns, Marble Halls and When I Am Laid.Come spend an evening with us at Small Changes Cafe for some beautiful live classical music.
